Spice 1 has got a few albums better than the documentary also. The documentary in my opinion sounds like an east coast album, if you played that album to someone without all the obvious coastal references and name dropping they would think game was from the east coast. Just my opinion.

I'll throw another "The Documentary isn't a West Coast album" log on the proverbial fire.

It's like other dude said in here, it makes him think of winter. West Coast makes summer albums, not winter ones. Documentary didn't have much California style to it.

Chronic, Doggystyle, and All Eyes on ME were all released in the winter too

Neither one of those cancel out my actual point though...

How does getting "help" from other artists mean that you haven't made a classic album? Not every album can be Illmatic or The Blueprint.
