If you're learning html, you can view source on any webpage. Most browsers still have this function. In the event they don't, or if the page doesn't allow right click, simply save the page you're on(as web page only), and open it in Notepad...the code will be available to you then. You can learn about headers and how to position certain elements of the page. So much of the web is Flash, and a new contender known as HTML5 is starting to make it's rounds. I don't dabble in the stuff like I used to but I keep my ears to the ground so I know a little of this and that....
