Spiderman 2 enter electro is one of my top games of all time. Mad fun and the different costunes made it a must have as a fan of the show. They need to drop something like that for the HD era.

if you can find, "the amazing spider man 2" for cheap (I paid like 12 bucks for it I think) it provides the closest experience to Spider-Man 2/Ultimate Spiderman to date. Swinging is not quite as good but the random crimes are straight. Saving people from burning buildings, stopping wild police chases, getting people to hospitals etc.

Got a lot of costumes too (cheap dlc pack). Fighting is pretty much a cheap Arkham Asylum knock off.

I was a huge fan of Ultimate Spider-Man! My only beef with it was the main story was too short. I got it for GameCube Xmas of 05, and I beat it in 3 days... I also enjoyed Shattered Dimensions. But, it kinda dragged on towards the end.
