which african nation has the best cusines?

I always wondered why there aren't more African restauraunts, Nigerian, Ugandan, whatever. What's up with that?

I saw an Ethiopian resteraunt in Toronto once but the people I was with was swearing up and down that Ethiopian food is disgusting and they refused to fukk with it. I still want to try it for myself.
