Which album is better, Tical or Tical 2000?

Might be an unpopular opinion but I might lean towards Tical 2000 if I'm allowed to skip the skits.

Tical 2 woulda been borderline classic if not for all the damn skits and filler tracks. If he narrowed it down to the 13 best tracks like Perfect world, T2 Judgement day, Dangerous Grounds, Shaolin What, Retro godfather, etc etc it woulda almost passed Tical 1.
