Nothing about Coast II Coast is better though.

there is no 'only when i'm drunk' on coast 2 coast. there is no 'make room'. there is no 'mary jane'.

Everything is better about Coast II Coast.

21 & Over was just some b-boy party shyt that at times comes dangerously close to gimmicky (rap drunkies)

Coast II Coast builds on that vibe but adds more varied production, story tracks, and a more polished approach. This was Tash at his peak plus it had contributions from heavy weights like Diamond D and Q-Tip.

Coast II Coast is EASILY their best shyt.

Cut down Likwidation's flab and it's better than 21 & Over.

Tash is one of the best performers I've ever seen live. Tha Liks/Beatnuts show is still one of the best shows I've ever seen.

Don't forget the introduction of the dysfunctional member of the alcoholic family Xzibit :banderas:

I love both of them. Tash is my damn boy. Very underrated MCs.

Likwidation is not bad album but few solid songs.

It's the longest Alkaholiks album and it's guest-heavy with features like ODB, The Whoridas, Lootpack, Phil The Agony, and production from Easy Mo Bee, Marley Marl, and Madlib.

What else could a rap breh want?
it's a LOT of skits tho

Yeah I remember seeing guest appearences from Nas and LL but my face quickly went from :gladbron: to :rudy:

Tash's solo Rap Life was underrated too.

I bought both but 21 and Over was a lot better to me...

I always wondered why it took them 4 years to come out between releases...That was a lifetime back in the 90's...

Oh and King Tee's The Triflin Album was the sh!!!!!!!t......Personal classic to me...

4yrs between releases?

21 & Over 1993
Cost II Cost 1995
Likwidation 1997
Raplife (Tash Solo) 1999
X.O. Experience 2001
Firwater 2006
Control Freek (Tash Solo) 2009

Their gaps between releases are pretty standard over 15 years; obviously as the years have worn on their output has slowed up a little but thats normal.
