i think those were humpback or sperm whales, ive seen a couple vids of killer whales chasing and killing these other whales but never a blue whale. those mothafukkas like 10,000,000 feet long and shyt

But the main territory for a hippopotamus is the water so the likelihood of them coming in contact is slim to none. I agree the hip eponymous has very strong teeth however the gorilla would still have the upper hand because you can stand up

I am far from a firearm expert, but those animals have large layers of fat and muscle that can effectively stop rounds from reaching vital organs. So in the long run you may end up killing it, but you need something with legit stopping power to end an imminent threat like a bear running directly at you trying to rip your throat out.
