OPM is automatically disqualified because it ends in...one punch
id say baki, dragonball, and HxH has some of the dopest fights. MHA still too new but their fights are dope. Another anime i see nobody has mentioned is akame ga kill. Some dope ass fights in that show and shocking deaths
The best thing about OPM are the fights where Saitama isn’t the focus.

Those Fate series always have incredible fight scenes.
Naruto/Pain, Rock Lee/Gaara are two of the GOAT fight scenes.
Most dramatic goes to My Hero.

A lot have already been mentioned but I'll throw out Flame of Recca which had some great battles. And can't forget about Berserk; especially when Gatts fought Zotto. That was one of the more intense anime fights I've seen a main character/s were involved in
Fights don’t need to be long to be great but Saitama vs. Boros, Genoa vs. Saitama, Deep Sea King vs. Heroes, etc.
