I guess I'm a minority here, but I wasn't feeling Japanese fashion like that when I was in Shibuya in August. Waaay too many weird fits like knee-length wedding dresses with Doc Martens... or those weird platform shoes that they wear

Japan and South Korean def got drippers for those who take this fly s*** serious, Taiwan too.
