If you have a PS3, get The Show. You won't regret it.

Yeah, The Show easily. And yes it's hard to hit.

Also, if you're serious about such things, the folks over at Operation Sports created a true to life Minors roster, and also went thru and edited a bunch of shyt (like players accessories) and also went thru and fixed all the pitchers repertoires, so it's more true to life.
