Which Characters Are More Broken: Anime Or Comic Books?

Comic book characters easily. Somebody like Beyonder would solo. Strongest I can think of on the Anime side are Tetsuo/Akira and some DBZ characters. Though there is One Punch Man on the manga/anime side :ld:.

Comics easy....Anime kinda has its own rules depending on the universe. Comics, however break their own laws/rules all the time to the point where they have to start all over. Only Gundam really does that imo. But they change cast.

I mean cats like Nate Grey, Vulcan (hell the whole summers family) or The Silver Surfer alone would be gods in most animes.

Both. You dig deep enough you'll find broke characters in each media. There's omnipotent characters in anime just like comics.
