new orleans by far they give anyone who looks 18 grenades and sex on the beaches on boubon st, drive thru daquiri stores, which are legal to drive with as long as the straw top is still still on it, gas stations sell liquor, and nikkas snort coke and do heroin like regular nikkas smoke weed (listen to soulja [B[/B]slim cds). I know more cokeheads out. Of. Nola than anywhere else. Cool city tho, but i dont think anywhere else is touching it.

That's kind of the nature of Michigan, from what I understand. I hear the music scene there right now is exceptional because of what Detroit is going through. In Rolling Stone they profiled the current state of the music industry there and described it as, "Thriving with the beat of a city in the fight for its life."

If there's any city that deserves to a strong comeback, it's Detroit. You'd think that the city that saved the world twice would have more attention paid to it. I just might actually visit soon with a healthy amount of tourist dollars... I hear the new resorts there are pretty cool.

I found myself falling into this trap somewhat recently. I started crossing "lines" that I would have never thought of crossing a few years ago. I had to demand to myself that I needed to slow down. My bar that I set for myself is that I need to be able to work out comfortably and productively the next day. I mean, if I can't recover from a hangover until the following night, that's a serious problem. Or if I'm worn out too much from other substances, that's an issue, too.

Missouri is the nations meth capital by far. i know its not a city but its made up of cities with huge problems Fresno isnt even touching. and Boston was actually named the drunkest city in 2011 America

If you're assuming partying and drugging then I'd say either Miami, LA or Vegas. If you're just talking drugs in general, then Baltimore city.

Louisiana gets down on the liquor. Never seen so much public intoxication. I know old dudes that don't even eat. They come to a bbq and don't touch any food. I know guys in the hood that I've known since I was small, seen them almost daily for over 20 years and I've never seen them sober and not stumbling up and down the street ever. Not one time.

The laws in Louisiana basically make it an alcoholics paradise
