South Dakota- Pine Ridge Indian Reservation

The town of Whiteclay, Nebraska (just over the South Dakota-Nebraska border) has approximately 12 residents and four liquor stores, which sold over 4.9 million 12-ounce cans of beer in 2010 (13,000 cans per day), almost exclusively to Oglala Lakota from the reservation. This contributes to widespread alcoholism on the reservation, which is estimated to affect 85 percent of the families.[88] Many children are born suffering from Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, which causes them lifelong problems and limits their lives. In addition, tribal police estimate that 90 percent of the crimes are alcohol related

People forget that MI is the birthplace of techno and the home of DEMF. Anyone arguing that the state doesn't have a thriving drug scene is outta their minds. Sh!t, we have legal weed:

Don't know why you think I'd make this stuff up. Know a girl in the background of the WestCare part. She worked there for a while so I'm not just talking out my ass.

If there's any city that deserves to a strong comeback, it's Detroit. You'd think that the city that saved the world twice would have more attention paid to it. I just might actually visit soon with a healthy amount of tourist dollars... I hear the new resorts there are pretty cool.

I hate to sound ignorant but what're you talking about :guilty:

i know white folks (and black) here in chicago/surrounding suburbs love that diesel

The Chicago metropolitan area continued to have the most emergency department mentions for heroin in both 2008 and 2010 (23,931 and 24,360). New York had the second highest number of mentions in both 2008 and 2010 at 16,084 and 12,226 respectively (Table DN-1).
In 2008, Boston had the highest rate of mentions per 100,0002 for individuals entering the emergency room for heroin (259.4). In 2010, Boston experienced a decrease in mentions and Chicago overtook Boston with a rate of 254.2 per 100,000 persons (Table DN-2).

Louisiana gets down on the liquor. Never seen so much public intoxication. I know old dudes that don't even eat. They come to a bbq and don't touch any food. I know guys in the hood that I've known since I was small, seen them almost daily for over 20 years and I've never seen them sober and not stumbling up and down the street ever. Not one time.

:laff: @ old dudes that don't even eat. Dudes get wasted all the damn time and still living? that is some Homer Simpson feat.

I went to NO a few times and them 190 proof drinks were on some :rip: shyt. I drank most of it and passed out in my hotel till 5pm the next day.

Just started? :wtf:

Danny Brown is from Detroit. He didn't *just* get Molly.

Hell, a good friend of mine made a song about it a few years back:

Tha Wulf- Molly - YouTube

Michigan, Philly and b-more from my personal experience is up there.

Michigan was still using psyche's from the sixties in the nineties when I went to school there.
Plus mdma used to still be sold in the corner store.

Philly and b-more is like zombie city.

i see skateboard crews now
live art shows wit all type of different people
shyt coming around i give it 5 years
we always had dope music but yea its gettin crazy with the talent and different styles comin out

watch yall detroit is makin a comeback and its gonna be crazy
the art and film industry are gonna be what attracts new peopl tho

i'm usually the guy at these events :jawalrus:

And yeah Detroit is really about to come up and the Arts is whats gonna be the life blood. I mean some of the local acts here are just phenomenal. I'm doing a expose in the near future for the Michigan Chronicle about the kinda rebirth of the MI music/Art scene. The hipsters are tolerable (and some of em are really cool) the level of cooperation within the communities is crazy...cuz we all get high together

AND

we passed decriminalization this week in Detroit, anyone over 21 can blow trees free from persecution as long as you are at the crib or in the car. :salute:
