Very good thread, a good argument could be made for any of those regions. It took me a while but I think I'm going with the south. Outkast is some weird ass dudes, Young Money has some weird rappers signed to them. Drake is like a weird gay corny much less skilled version of LL Cool J. I know Nicki's from Queens but I consider her a down south rapper. I would smash that but shes one weird ass hoe.

This Westcoast hipster movement, Lil B's Im gay, and NY's skull gang movement made it very close but Big Lurch clinches it for the south
