Stimulus wtf does that mean? No hbcu was like Hillman. It was all fiction and the actual hbcu experience was disappointing comparing it to TV.

lolz. one of my nephews worked in the Shaw U. campus cafeteria. graduated, came home got himself a Subway franchise in about 3 years with no help from his parents.
I gave him the $15k down payment to open up a 2nd shop but he f-ed it up.

Yup...the more "upscale" HBCU's probably nabbed some kids that normally would have gone to a PWI based on their test scores, suburban background etc.

The small town/country HBCU's got the same kids they always got but maybe in higher numbers.
