I think when you're talking about mass killing/genocide, the biggest factor is basically infrastructure... I feel like you're trying to say something about Africans being intrinsically less prone to mass murder, but you know that you can't make that generalization because of course some of these genocidal dudes fukking shyt up down there would be hitting 8 digits if they had the same level of infrastructure, structural social control, and firepower to do so
