It obviously depends where the woman is raised among other factors.
Here's my take:
When it comes to White women - If they're westernised (basically live in the Anglosphere of 'The West'), they are terrible. Eastern Euro women tend to have the best attitudes IMO.
When it comes to Black women - Westernised African women and Anglo-Caribbean women have some of the worst attitudes in the world.
When it comes to East Asian women - Westernised ones have terrible attitudes.
When it comes to South Asian women - Westernised ones and many of the high caste FOBs have some of the worst attitudes.
I don't really know much about other women.
