Bad chicks tend to pick the premium HBCUs because they looking for premium nikkas.
You'll see a higher proportion of magillas at a Mississippi Valley than at a Tennessee State.
This is a bit tongue in cheek but a good way to gauge this is to look at they Phi Beta chapters. If they Zeta and Sigma chapters are a hundred deep and are the most popular frats on campus, then if you looking for bad bytches you may want to look elsewhere.
