Which head coach came into a better spot, Mike Tomlin or Steve Kerr?

tomlin took over a super bowl winner for an organization with unparalleled job security for head coaches..

i can't imagine an nfl coach walking into a better situation than that.

Maybe Jon Gruden? He only went 45-51 after he won the SB in his first season with mostly Dungy's crew.

Could say the same for Bill Callahan taking over for Gruden in a strange reverse way but we all know he got his shyt kicked in once he got there.
