How did I never notice those two birds on the Get It How U Live album cover until now
I had that exact same moment a few years ago. Playing the album randomly and BOOM all of a sudden I see the birds on the cover
Get it How you live is better imo. Always saw that as a classic and GW as a very good follow up.
Get it How you live had much better and more diverse production. Juvenile was peaking and snapped on everything. The intro with Mannie and Baby was fire. Just felt like overall we got better songs on their first joint, whereas the 2nd album everyone's rapping improved, but the songs weren't better. The mixing on that album was cleaner tho.

It's funny I feel the same way when it comes to Solja Rags and 400 Degreez.
I like 400 but I love Solja Rags way more it's better songs on there

I feel like GHYL is more rounded, songs like Dirty World really help that. GW was more like nikkas was rapping better so they wanted to make a bunch of bangers instead of an album. Thread is dope cuz its gonna make me revisit Solja Rags, GW, and etc...

and Block Burner is a top 10 Wayne song imo. Them steel drums were fukking hitting.

I was a huge CMR fan. Choice is tough and I’ll fluctuate ever so often. But right now I say Guerrilla Warfare because they rap better and the beats are cleaner.
