:usure: Have YOU watched him play?

Check my avi breh. :obama:

And I agree about analysis. And every analyst seems to agree with me that he can guard at least 4 positions. :manny:

You think he could guard Russell Westbrook around all game? Could he has the speed to keep up with John Wall or even Ty Lawson? Would he be able to stay in front of Kyrie Irving or chase tony parker, or guard Seth Curry out to 35 feet? The truth is, there is almost nobody that can guard the top point guards in the NBA. And Aaron Gordon isn't the exception. He can guard 3 positions. That's still very good and very useful. No shame in that.

Also... no need to make things up.

I don't need to go search out other people's opinions. He can't guard centers in the league, and he can't guard point guards. Especially because he's going to have to put on weight in order to guard 4's on the block.

I like aaron gordon, I hope he gets his handle and jumpshot together so he can be a weapon. But he ain't guarding a player like Russell Westbrook, ever.

His handle is decent for a SF. Will definitely improve.

His jumpshot (or any shot for that matter)... :scusthov: I don't see it developing much, tbh. I've never seen a player miss so many baskets at the rim before. I honestly think I could beat him in a game of H-O-R-S-E, and I am awful at basketball.

I can't give him shooting when he didn't shoot well.

From conference play on
8ppg
27.4% FG
33.3% 3pt

The 1 non conf game that mattered he went 3-12 vs Duke

His season was rough after he played the cupcakes on his schedule

Is James Young a shooter? Was Bradley Beal a shooter coming in as well? Going off a 20 game sample to try and determine that a kid can't shoot is stupid. He has good form and from what I've seen, he has the ability to be a knock down shooter at the next level. Bradley Beal also struggled shooting the ball in his freshmen year and now is a 40% 3pt shooter.

this kid has ability dawg. stop going by the college stats. like i said he was in a bad situation. he was playing with 2 other ball dominant 1st round picks (Adams/Anderson) and had the coach playing his kid above him. judge a player by his talents and ability. this kid has that. he has good size, great athleticism, and very good skills. his weaknesses are teachable while his strengths arent. to me he's the perfect pick at 13. no one was available with higher potential at that spot. i woulda taken him as high at 7 or 8.

I've criticized Bradley Beal and James Young on their shooting as well. They just have pretty forms (LaVine tends to shoot from the hip he gotta cut down on that)

Gary Harris was the logical safe pick at 13. Gives you a lot of what you needed. Very little risk.
