So now with 20+ films, we have some interesting female archetypes that are unique from one another. Please note we're talking about the personality of the character, not the actresses themselves.

Secretive Past and Dodgy Personality. You think she's on your side but is she? After a couple of years you know you can count on her but the first few years are rocky.
The Scarlet Witch
You know she's crazy, sex is probably great but she freaks out way too much. You know she loves you and will do whatever you ask.
Captain Marvel
Insanely Rich or in a powerful position. She's probably dominating in bed. She's demanding in all aspects of your relationship but you know it's all because she wants the best out of you.
Nakia
She believes in your cause and your potential. She'll help you in ways you never thought about and in ways you couldn't do yourself. Might overstep her bounds
Female Thor
She's perfect in public but when in private she's a wreck. She means well but with her you have to be patient. All of your friends think she's a great catch. She might get you a job promotion and she can network well, landing you better opportunities
