All the things in the original picture "belong" on a burger.
But put whatever you want on em, pretty much everything works. I can't think of anything I've ever had on one to where I thought, 'that doesn't belong on a burger.'
They're pretty much the perfect vehicle for experimentation, get after it

Went to a burger competition once. People can get pretty much out there with the experimentation.

Maybe my palate isn't refined enough for mustard sprouts :mjlol::hubie:

I don't even know what a mustard sprout is :dwillhuh:

I just looked them up, supposed to be healthy for you, and add texture. So if they mixed them in with the greens on the burger, that wouldn't bother me. But if they used them as the only green topping, I would be in agreement with you. They be doing too much.

If I had to choose only one, then: Pickles. I hate pickles. They're nasty and ruin the flavor of the burger.

After pickles, it would be mustard (yuck). Then tomato (too soggy). Also, I only like shredded lettuce on burgers. Regular lettuce sucks on burgers.

Burger cooked medium

American cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, white onion, pickles, bacon, along with ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce and mayo under top bun

That’s the proper burger.

But losing one, I’d get rid of the pickles.

I like pickles n tomatos but not on burgers. I gotta pick one then tomato

My ideal burger has bacon, extra onions, extra cheese, burger sauce (which usually consist of mayo/ketchup/mustard) and i dont mind lettuce on it
