So bytches acting lot thots is the biggest problem in the black community?? 
The answer is A for obvious reason...but B has a lot to do with it as well. You can't always look to other people as the sole problem, u gotta own your dirt.
People always dreaming of a black community that is self sustained like the Jews, as long as we sit around and condone (and glorify) street shyt that will never come to pass. As soon as we get alil money we spend our shyt outside the community and when we really get bread we get out all together...to escape that street shyt.

Breh, you seriously are asking how policy and policymakers create a trajectory of tragedy for subjugated communities?
How about this...Start a school...
Then make sure all of the kids are viewed suspiciously. Send police in while you're at it a d don't teach them in a way that helps them love to learn...Teach them in a way that makes them feel like they are not considered worth shyt.
And make sure the police treat a young black boy with possession of a controlled substance like a demon while he destroys the controlled substance and sends the white kid in same perdicament home with a reasonable citation so his life isn't fukked up.
Also, make sure you create a system of public assistance that doesn't encourage using it as a stepping stone towards productive living... Make it so it feels like a path to low motivation loving.
