Houston has a slight edge on beautiful sistas. Dallas has more mixed chics though if that is what you like. Latinas are everywhere in both cities. You can find a Sofia Vergara, Eva Mendes, JLo etc with ease. Dallas is known for having beckys. ScarJo and prime Britney Spears would be just average in most Dallas burbs...no joke.
