Its literally the suburbs suburbs. Nothing happening at all. Barely any food spots. Literally no night life. No malls. Jobs pay literally nothing. Trump and Blue lives matter stickers on probably 1 out of 4 homes/cars (with that said I've yet to experience any racism here but still).
Last year on my way back from S.C. I had to stop and get gas there. Had to drive about five miles from I-95 inland to find the brand of gas that I use. I stopped in one and this attendant a women in her mid to 70s that look like she was an Daughter of the Confederacy was outside taking a break and smoking a cigarette. She promptly points her phone at me on the sly like she was filming me and lets say 20-30 yards away from the pump like I was a threat to her. I'm glad I didn't need anything inside the store area or to use the restroom.
I was highly impressed with all the agriculture there in that short visit.

It would be retarded to try to find Harlem/Brooklyn in Miami or another place. :why: I swear NYers are retarded with that concept. It's a good thing Miami isn't like that over rated shyt hole cities.:pachaha:

And you must be an engineer at Harris, Grumman, Raytheon etc. I know all too well about Brevard County. I rent a house out in Palm Bay and no if you are black and not in said field, you would be a damn fool to look for work there. Brevard is not a great place for a black professional that aren't in said field. Honestly it's not a great place to work no matter what color tbh. The pay is shyt and jobs are very limited unless you work for one of those engineering companies.

I'd advise not just black professionals, but black people in general to avoid that lame ass place. It's cac land. Ugly ass cacs :scust:
Well stated.

If you’re a black degreed and credentialed person, you will eat. I’m noticing the change now. It wasn’t the locale, I just didn’t have what I needed to thrive. I was in education and switched to accounting. Got my degree and all. Just have to stop BS’ing and start preparing for the CPA exams.
Godspeed my brotha.

In Florida? Tampa, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach. I guess Jacksonville, but to be honest I don't know much about that area. I've heard some black people say they like it there though.

Overall if you are black you should take opportunities even if it's a place you don't like. Get that experience that will propel you into higher salaries so you can afford a metro area if you want to live there. As long as it's not KKK land, do it for a year or two.
