My list
Too short -basslines
B.o.B - actually has some amazing beats with real instruments
Chief Keef
Eminem -tons of shytty beats but also produced lots of numbers 1 songs

Easy one

Redman for Darkside
Krs One for 95 self titled album and more
Kool Keith on that collabs album with Stratocaster and his bass on Octagon and Sex Style

Maybe I'm not in the right discussions but I feel like Q-Tip still doesn't get mentioned enough
Tip is often mentioned a long side the likes DJ Premier, Pete Rock, RZA etc. as one of great of 90s east coast production. So I personally wouldn't put him in this discussion.

Goldie Loc (though we only heard 3 beats from that nikka)
He might actually be a better producer than rapper tbh

Goldie and Battlecat produced this one together

he produced 20minutes & Dogghouse:wow:

goldie loc is stamped for that alone

and did he produce Let’s Roll? Or was that someone else?
Yeah that's him, how'd you catch that?

First time I heard Goldie Loc rapping or producing was on this

He started out as part of Snoops younger brothers (RIP Bing aka Pretty Tony) group The Lifestyles Crew which also included DJ Quiks younger cousin
