Atheism...although not a religion can technically fall into the category.

There are a lot of atheist who think they are smarter because they don't believe in God.

Islam is a close second.

The very point of religion is BELIEVING (as opposed to "thinking") that your religion is the best/your God is THE God/etc, and holding to that belief no matter what. So I don't really see how one religion can be more smug than another. Def not between monotheistic religions.

i'd say christians are the most smug generally, followed by atheists (lets be honest here atheism has become its own religion at this point)

I don't really know about all those other religion, but I used to go with this chick who was in the church of Christ. These fools whole thing was that they are the only real church. The preacher was taking a dump on the Baptists. Had me heated. Her and her friends tried to hem me up talking if you aren't a member of our church then you're not going to heaven. I hit her with ... Since MLK didn't go to your church, I guess he didn't go to heaven either . I never talked to her again. (Btw, she was a straight up Gabby Union stan.... I lost.)

Back on topic.... It's Christianity hands down. It's so bad that the term Christian don't even mean nothing anymore. Going to church feels like going to work. Except you don't get paid. An empty experience. You learn to talk and act like a Christian but not to be a true follower of Christ.

A religion can be different things. It could be the believe and worship of a Supernatural being and religious practices, but it can also a certain set of believes that govern the creation of the universe, how to treat others, moral conduct, etc.

People who use the latter are probably only using it so they can deem atheism a religion. Religion is the latter + the worship of a Supernatural being.

Atheism is not a religion.

Christians are probably the worst, just because they like to shove their big religious dikk down people's throat about how they're so right and everybody else is going to hell.
