Jamal Lewis was a straight up beast in the early 00's, very underappreciated. His 03 season was ridiculous by running back standards (and their were alot of running backs killing that season), I don't think Marshawn ever had a regular season like that and he had alot of great season and post seasons.

Didn't Jamal spend like a off season in jail and came back with no training camp and was like a top 3 back for the Browns?:heh:
Yup. Didnt he have a 200 yard games with the Browns too?

This game was :wow:

:what:

You think those Ravens and Browns teams Jamal was on were that good?

Aside from the Super Bowl year the Ravens were not very good. And offensively it was basically Jamal by himself.

Todd Heap was nice it too, but that was basically it. Jamal doing what he did with trash at WR and QB is impressive. Also gotta give props to that O-line...That group probably looks at this year's line with utter disgust

Those Ravens teams were :russell: to watch

Kyle Boller and Travis Taylor:scust:

Offensively yeah, but the defense was always entertaining so it balanced out

the Seahawks offense wasnt exactly the Greatest Show on Turf either.

When the Seahawks beat the Saints (one of the greatest playoff upsets ever), their QB was Charlie Whitehurst.

Charlie Whitehurst started a total of 4 games over his two seasons with Seattle.

those ravens teams went from having everything on offence except for a qb to to having only a qb(air mcnair years).
nikkas squandered Lewis & Reed's prime and beastly defense. If they had even a consistently average offense they could have been every bit the dynasty the Patriots were in the 2000's. The year the Colts won the Superbowl Ravens held them to 5 field goals and still lost at home in the playoffs :why:

yeah, the corpse of Matt Hasslebeck was the starting QB that season. Check out his numbers.

The next season it was Tavaris Jackson's bum ass.

Seahawks didnt get any elite offensive talent aroudn Lynch until Wilson started to come into his own during the SB run and then Jimmy Graham arrived last season. I would count Percy Harvin but he was always injured.

We never had everything on offense :dahell:

We had a really good left side of the line with Ogden & Mulitalo,Jamal, and Heap(who was hurt all the damn time)

Our WRs and QB was always garbage
Btw when Heap was healthy he was better than Gronk.

I've seen Heap make catches that no TE has ever made.

Jamal. I was at the game he rushed for 295 against the Browns. He coulda easily had 300 but they took him out the game. He missed 4 games his rookie year and still won Offensive ROTY. If he didn't get hurt in training camp the following year Ravens woulda repeated. Just think about that...look how similar their numbers are and Jamal missed his whole second season. Ravens also woulda won in 06 when they went 13-3 but Billick forgot about his running game.

Hold prime Peyton to no TDs at home in a second round playoff game and still lose brehs:mjcry:

One of the saddest things I ever witnessed. I tell people all the time 06 defense talent wise was better than the 00 team
