Which state/city has produced the best hoopers?

The 2010 Dematha (PG County) high school basketball team had a squad with Victor Oladipo, Quinn Cook, Jerami & Jerian Grant, and Jairus Lyles (best player on UMBC that just upset UVA). Markelle Fultz also went to Dematha. That's just one school. Add in guys like Kevin Durant, Michael Beasley, Len Bias (RIP), Steve Francis, Jarrett Jack, Ty Lawson. Nobody's fukking with us on a per capita basis (only 900,000 ppl in PG county). If you include DC, Moco and Bmore: Melo, Will Barton, Jeff Green, Rudy Gay, Josh Hart, Mugsy Bogues, Sam Cassell, Wes Unseld, Marvin Lewis
