Louisiana for sure. Flavors out of this world without being so heavy like pizza and tacos and sandwiches and shyt. You get a lot of unseasoned plates in a lot of these big cities. You gotta know the right people to tell you the good spots even when there’s 100 options. Folks just know how to cook over there.
