Tampa women are mostly expats that have to filter through 1/3 of worthless Tampa native dirty dikk lazy scammy dirt bag diva nikkas.

If you can move quickly and be predictable and reliable you can bag hella broads.

The best NYC women are either in Harlem, Uptown, Queens (Astoria, Corona, Canarsie, etc) or Brooklyn (Williamsburg, Flatbush, etc)

Honorable mentions go to Lower East Side, Meat Packing District and Greenwich Village (Washington Square Parks attract a lot of college aged shawties)
A lot of bars surrounding these areas you're find a lot of flavors, if you want a snowbunny, latina, sista they're out there
