And none of them will ever amount to anything.

They need a surefire franchise player in that New York market or they might as well move themselves back to Jersey...
If you get Ja now, you gotta pivot to trying to win now, and the Nets simply aren't at that point. They're hoping once they get a top 4 pick, they can begin that process with that player.

He's really not even a force of nature. The idea of him being what we felt a 21-year old Derrick Rose could've been is well in the rear-view mirror.

Ironically he's having the same career trajectory with what actually happened with Rose, but without the same highs (no MVP, no conference finals run) yet some of the same if not worse lows (always injured, internal issues with mgt, wild off court issues/allegations). At least Rose started off an ironman (81, 78, 81 gms his first three years) and Russ in his young sabo heydays played 80-82 in 7 of his first 10).

So where do you send a 26-year old 6'2 pg who still can't defend or shoot, pouts if things don't go his way, and hasn't played more than 67 games in his 7-year career?

Man if I were Minnesota I'd stay away from Ja.

Chicago been balling and Giddey is doing his thing and Colby White isn't playing. White is a good player.

I'd trade for Colby White if I'm Minnesota

I doubt he gets into any trouble out here in NYC since the police are everywhere here. Secondly, Brooklyn and Long Island are a lot more family friendly and boring than Memphis.
You think a nikkablike Ja wouldn’t get himself in trouble in Brooklyn :mjlol:
