Brock's title run was highly forgettable.

Seriously all you can say about it was the way he won it and lost it.

Plus, he sat out for quite some time with the belt. Nothing was done


Rock is borderline. We remember how he won and lost it. The only other thing that happened was the new belt being introduced.

Brock because of the way he won the belt and that Triple Threat at the Royal Rumble is better than any match Rock had and will be better than any match HHH will have with Reigns.

I don't think people will forget Suplex City, Paul Heyman, beating the streak, squashing Cena and having the most dominant run as a champion in the Cena era.

Not saying Cena didn't "dominate" as we always knew he was going to win, but dominate in seem like nobody could beat him in a match or shoot.
