I think KD does because even though Curry didn't get the first finals MVP, he was their best player that series. KD not finishing with the MVP makes the whole thing look like coattail riding to the fullest.

If KD can be FMVP for a few title runs that'll help him out a lot from a legacy standpoint. If the Warriors win though I kind of feel like it'll be because of Steph, no matter what his statline is. The team feeds off of him.

I was actually thinking the opposite...it's a pretty big knock either way.
