15. Last year before I left school, so the last buildup that really felt like it had a BUZZ.. people talking about it in school every day; doing the DX crotch-chops and the Corporate Eyebrow after scoring goals at lunch.

Arguably the Road started at Survivor Series when Rock won Deadly Game, from then on Stone Cold had to go through a Buried Alive with Taker, a #1 entry in the Royal Rumble, cage match at St Valentine's Massacre Vs McMahon.

I don't think wrestling's felt as "must watch" since to me... but that's as much me as it is the product. It was the perfect content at the perfect time.

Rock returning for Rock n Sock vs Evolution

definitely. The triple threat match had me hyped up. shyt felt like a war

Cos I wasn't watching at the time, just hearing from other nikkas on message boards about the fukkery, plus I heard the HBK taker build up for WM 26 was even better.

U can't beat the attitude era buildups, tho, all that shyt was eternal classic. The beer shower on the corporation, Rock telling the crowd they are all trailer trash, "This isn't sing along with the champ!". U felt giddy watching every week as WM drew near, a feeling that hasn't been replicated post AE. This year's Road has been , the shows don't have that special vibe we all knew. The RtWM used to feel like the last week before summer vacation, everyone's just on one and feeling good. Like 2 months of Xmas Eve.
