I wasn't aware this was a debate. I have always gone underhanded, But thats mainly because i have ac vents in my bathroom floor and the toilet papers goes everywhere when the ac is on if i do the over method. But i keep hearing people say under is wrong and unsanitary.
Genuinely curious if this debate is a real thing.
