Currently , the radical islamists are affecting half the countries in africa in countries ranigng from mozambique on the east coast to Senegal on the west coast. And each country is wasting resources ineffeciently to fight them seperately. If they just combined their efforts by systematically attcking the radical movements in each country one at a time, then the issue could easily be resolved.
If only a tiny amount of personel, like 1000 soldiers from each of the 30something subsaharan countries joined together, then they would basically have a whole army of 30,000 warriors. Asymetrically directing all these resources toward a small band of a few hundred in each country could stomp out the radical islamists for good. There would be no need for signing defence deals with parasytic america or the Wagner group from Russia
