Wont believe this sh!t the fukking cop helped. I had the belt wrapped the wrong way around the guide pulley which is why it wouldn't reach around the water pump pulley. White boy unscrewed the tensioner n took the belt off, rerouted it, made me put the tensioner back on and finish the routing and BAM! The sh!t wrapped around with a lil effort.
