God damn . Who would of thought it would take killing off Carl rick and Maggie and a 7 year timeskip to get this show back on track. These last 2 episodes have been some of the best walking dead in years. (I know rick and Maggie aren’t really dead)

I’m all in on this whisperer storyline. As a comic reader I stopped once I reached negans capture as I knew that’s where the show was currently at so idk shyt about them comic book wise



I’m on the fence about negan as well. If they can make him actually meanincing again then good but I’m cool on the negan banter every 4 scenes like it was before.

Honestly not convinced that there was a huge quality jump up this season. It was a decent season at best, it just seems better because of how trash the previous seasons were.

Truth be told this show really just keeps finding new ways to tell the same story, and most of the time they dont execute these new arcs properly. This show does just enough to keep you interested but never does enough to make you want to call it great.

Naw. It's much better, because if anything, the pace has picked up. The eps since the Govna have been slow with 8 episodes occuring over like 1 6 hour window. If anything, the tension is back.
