The folks in the establishment are floating these three because they're black. What are their actual records? I'm not saying they don't deserve the nod but in a post-Obama world the Democratic establishment is more than comfortable putting forth a black candidate for the specific purpose of playing race to their favor. I say that to say this. People that attack these candidates for their actual records will be met with accusations of being racist and or sexist. It's a hand that plays itself.

I've almost reached a point where if a candidate isn't in favor of universal health care I'm not even really looking to vote for them. That's my base level litmus test. I compromised last election on Hillary and it was a waste of my time. The Democratic establishment is pretty much dead anyway politically because the country hates them more than republicans and Trump.
No Hillary lost because she's a crap candidate and part of the establishment. The Democratic establishment is especially pathetic because they're more than content playing a zero sum game with the progressives and letting the Republicans come along and reap all the rewards. They would rather have Republicans win than side with a progressive and back them.
