The Truth
But the cac had one and killed somebody. This is a clear case of murder.
And only an idiot would shoot into a crowd of people. Bruh ain't no trained sniper. They should throw the book at that cac
This

Military can’t even shoot into a crowd like that unless it’s last resort without repercussions.

Buddy took a life and the other guy didn’t. We don’t even know if the gun was loaded or any proof he was going to fire it at a crowd. Just their statements. They said they told him to drop it but he supposedly ran away then they fired but idk.. sounds like they are covering their asses to me.

Most of the witness statements came from when he was actually arrested in the vid I linked above.

Thought I posted this yesterday. Actually, here is the supposed video of the arrest

Can’t embed for whatever reason :beli:

Here is a better story with more details

I’m still on the fence. There’s no video of when the “Peacekeepers” shot, but they said he went off alone then came back with the rifle out.

He got hit but they killed the Samoan guy, and they said dude ran into the crowd but the guy in the story who pointed him out said the gun was in the bag.

He was with the group for a min too and didn’t shoot, so idk. I think there was something else that maybe could’ve been done than shooting buddy in a crowd but idk. That case is going to be interesting
Possibly...but because the shooter is white and it's Utah, this might be a CYA situation.

Similar to how cops "perceive" a threat that's not actually a threat. Would they have jumped as quickly on a white man with a rifle? Maybe.
This is my problem with the Internet.

We can be presented with facts and still create false narratives and doubt all because you "feel" like something else happened.

You DO realize that a lawyer can present the same case I just did.

Reasonable doubt is all it takes.

There's the truth....and then there is what you can prove in a court of law. Any halfway decent attorney can muddy this shyt up in a minute, especially without video proof. Eyewitness testimony is hilariously unreliable.

OJ was guilty as sin but Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden couldn't actually prove it.

Now, the peacekeepers aren't cops. No body cam. Did he use reasonable force? Should he have closed distance on foot before firing into a crowd? Should civilians even be out there with guns without sufficient training?
