i agree with carlin and seinfeld...
seinfeld can occasionally be funny, like he might make a funny observation sometimes..but the seinfeld show and his stand up is terrible

Seinfeld standup is not that funny but he did birth some styles though as far as commenting on very banal everyday stuff (not saying he's the first to do it but still...) and his sitcom expanded on that plus is GOAT sitcom contender (EDIT: mainly because of the performances of the other actors...)

seinfeld is the most overrated TV show of all time
curb your enthusiasm on the other hand is a legitimate contender for GOAT show...same type of show with the same type of humor, but larry david just did it way better on his own...i guess being on HBO instead of a network might have helped but seinfeld was just never funny to me
i'd say seinfeld is slightly overrated but still GOAT contender. Kinda like Pac.

Once again, nikkas on here hatin' on Seinfeld's sitcom which is largely considered one of the GOATs
The sitcom actually shows exactly why his stand-up isn't funny. His 'life observations' work great in a sitcom setting.....not so much during stand-up, though
. He even clowned himself about that in a few episodes
