We had a client who was a white kid who said he felt black, acts black, is black on the inside etc. and would use the N word. One time my coworker had to tell him hes not a nikka he shut quiet cause that was his favorite staff member and he looked up to homie and shyt but that kid had issues. Idk if it's a east coast thing but all the white kids at this home be using nikka with black kids and black people around. I'm def bout to be on top of that shyt times ten. I been thinking about bringing them Talib kwelis poem/article called nikka please (the white people at my job prob wont allow it even tho I heard her ass saying it) to give them some insight on the word cause the shyt be annoying

So i work at a group home for teens where they swear all day, say nikka, inappropriate language and conversations etc.

Our job is to tell them to stop, correct them and shyt. Now this admin lady is white and was in the staff office talking to another white coworker talking about one of the kids being upset about something and was like "he got upset and said fukk you, nikka this nikka that"now I'm far but heard this and I didnt run over and ask her to repeat herself or anything or tell her I'm uncomfortable but am I tripping for caring this much and inb4 yall kill me for not speaking up
