first people started saying white girls are evolving with the asses but are white people starting to age better now?
Crack is literally white 
For a supposed "black space" we sure do talk and think about white folks alot 
I can see their age. They have aged decently well and do not look older than what they actually are. So about 40.
That being said, why did you feel this was something to post on TheColi? Why not take this to some mainly White forum or reddit to discuss?

they look 20 something in the first pic and 40 something in the second. If they are actually older than that, then yes they aged well.

the exception is not the rule ..remember that... one non racist does not mean the rest are like that 
a big part of appearing to age well is staying relatively in the same shape as were when you wear younger, not just genetics. Some people don't age well simply because they got flabby and sick.

The ones that stay out the sun and avoid drugs/alcohol can age well.
The ones that aged badly usually partied a lot starting in high school, snorted the white powder, smoked cigs and stayed out in the sun on lakes/beaches etc.
How old are they?
They do look like they are in their 40s
