There are good looking South Asian and Black Women, but they are usually 9/10+ type women. They are either 10/10 or 2/10. There doesn't seem to be anything between those ranges.
I'm sure all women have no problem saying the same thing about Asian guys ( ie were too short, penises are too small, we have "girly" faces", no muscles), so it is what it is.
In fact, I have no problem dating any race of women actually. I like all women even Black and South Asian girls. I think most guys are like that. That's the difference between Men and Women. Women are very picky about race, and men aren't. So men that are part of the wrong race tend to lose-out with women. The "right races" seem to be Black men, White men, Middle eastern men, Caucasian-looking hispanic men (Darker whites basically). The "wrong" races seem to be the "Pisa" men (Native Mexicans who are short, dark and Mezo american in Appearance ), East Asians, and South Asians.
Color counts in this world, and you're just lying to yourself if you think otherwise. There is nothing that I can do about it, so I just accept it.

when you say 'certain way' from my experience, its they have a western mindset, this also explains why they have more sexual partners. (western women typically have more sexual partners) almost all the asian women ive been with do have internal conflict, they see the asian culture as too conservative, or stalemate, and western culture as progressive. this view also translates to how they view men. asian men (which includes their fathers) are too conservative, boring and demanding, and western men are more liberating, progressive and fun. If you're asian, youll see them as loose sluts (since you're conservative) and untamable, wild, and someone you dont want to raise children with. bad apples so to speak.
from a western stand point, many of us want the old fashion asian girls that the asian dudes are getting, but we'll settle for the bad apples because altho they may be 'wild' to asian men, they're still quite tame compared to our women.
thats why its hilarious reading someone say 'white guys get first dibs on asian women" no, not they dont, trust me. you're getting first dibs on what is seen as outcasts from an asian pov.

As an Asian American, I can't say what you're saying with confidence because I know a lot of super dime Asian women, and I have known them for 25+ years. Some of them have exclusively dated white men for their entire lives.
When I was younger, I dated a White fever Asian girl, and Yeah, i did get first dibs on her and took her virginity, and she was hot enough that a lot white guys approached her. She still stayed loyal to me. I ended up dumping her because she annoyed me. She's a gold digger now unfortunately. I see her with rich guys either Asian or White. So yeah, there are those exceptions. Out of all of her sisters (who are actually all very hot), she was the only one that even once dated an Asian guy (myself). I honestly, don't think they were too fond of her dating me either.

I think the Media is more a reflection of the American Mindset than it is some sort of Social Engineering tool. I mean Latina and Black Women have a strong preference for their own kind. They don't seem to have been much affected by the "White prince" shyt from Disney movies or hollywood.

East Asians, save for the northern Altaic types, are usually very short, skinny and they look fukking girly. Compare that to the Tall Blondes of Europe or the Supreme Athletes of African descent. I can't say that I blame chicks. They are biologically programed to want men like that.
