This is what I talked about when I said it's very hard to get black only legislation passed. Dems did this for black farmers and this is what whites did in retribution. I'm pretty sure a latino was apart of this lawsuit btw.

With these post-Trump courts, you gotta pass legislation for black folks without saying it’s for black folks. I had a feeling this would be the outcome when they explicitly said this money was allocated for black folks. 95% of the relief money for farmers during the China trade war went to white farmers but it was not put in writing that way. Ambiguity makes tough court cases.
