I'm learning the hard way at work that you can't be friends with a white dude. He will throw you under the bus in a hot second to make himself look better.

I been at this spot for about three years. I've worked really hard and tried my best to be helpful and get along with everybody. I've stayed overtime to help others complete their duties. I've trained people and continued to help them after they where supposed to be done with training. And I've never had a problem with anybody. As of right now the company is looking to expand. And management is looking at me for a promotion. Now all of a sudden everybody has something bad to say about me. They have told my boss I just sit around all day. Claimed I was drinking on the job. And one of the lady technicians goes out of her way to make sure she uncovers and exposes my every mistake.

What's the deal white folk? Why yall so hateful?

Mitt Romney is currently praised as a great business man, and fit for POTUS Due to his record of firing employees and closing offices, outsourcing and making millions for himself and other big wigs. I don't understand how people can respect this,But they do.

Every reality show on tv devolves into a race to save their own hide and blame everyone else and stab their roommates or castmates in the back to get ahead. You have to learn to accept that very few people are genuine and unless your sharing your deepest thoughts and bonding with people like that chances are most people in your life are glorified acquaintances. If people aren't opening up about their life troubles or deepest life philosophies and you the same your probably not that close.

Keep your head up and ignore the fluff and be the best you can be at your job that's the only option you have don't fall into the game of pointing fingers at the other people rise above them

I struggled with this yesterday. I wanted to go tellin on all the BS I see. But I told myself i wouldn't stoop to their level. This is why I always listen to my dad. He always told me shyt like this happens to people and I always took heed.

Youre getting mad at the white man for playing the game right? Thats why balck people and were they are and white people are where they are. There is a small percentage of people who are wealthy and empathetic and if they are empathetic they are the super elite who have done everything they want for themselves and now decide to help others. In this world you gotta be cutthroat and take people out. Familiarity breeds contempt and when you are not familiar with people it builds fear in their hearts of your next move and how it affects them. They dont call it race for no reason. This is a race of superiority. A Rat race like Bob Marley said. This is not about whote people and black people because FOB people will do the same shyt because they know what they want and want to get it. Black people are too lax thats why. And they have too much pride. Black and Latinos seem to be the people are the only people as a whole who are content with having "jobs" fukk THAT. fukk having a job. Get a career. Be your own boss. Stop falling into this slave-massa mentality like the white man supposed to be nice to you and not cutthroat like you guys are supposed to stay the same speed. In this world youre either a sheep shepherd or wolf. It's either your the naive nikka who lets nikkas control your destiny, the man who protects the naive or the man who exploits the naive and eats off them. And in this world if you want to be successful you have to grow from sheep to wolf to shepherd. fukk helping your mans with shyt. fukk that nikka.
