Black kids die in Chicago everyday.There is an abundance of black children growing up in single parent homes.There is an abundance of young black kids who if are not in jail,will be in jail.There are parents in the "hood," who don't know how to take care of their kids.However...what are the two things black people focus on?Hair & skin color.
