It's cute I guess but it's clearly calculated as well. She's (successfully) becoming a meme. She's trying to be that "d'awww what a sweetheart" of these Olympics. Luge isn't poppin' like that, so she might as well try to get her name out there in other ways.

From what I have been able to glean, these Winter Olympics have been pretty lackluster and boring (Even for...the Winter Olympics). So a Bronze winner doing silly dances can become a story.
